A complaint can be about something that happened or did not happen, or about the standard of service provided by or on behalf of the College.

These pages are for current students, interrupted students and those who have completed their studies in the last two months. See information for other people.

Industrial action June 2026

If your complaint relates to the impact of industrial action (including a marking and assessment boycott), please read our guidance on industrial action complaints before submitting.

We want you to have an excellent experience while at 牛牛资源. If at any time you find something to be unsatisfactory or you have concerns about anything at the College, you are entitled to make a complaint.

We assure you that, if you make a complaint under the Complaints Procedure, you will not be treated any differently and will not experience any disadvantage.

Acting on behalf of a student

We can only accept complaints from the student(s) involved in the issue.

Process stages

Stage One: Front-line Resolution

Informally try to resolve the issue within the department or area where the problem is.

Stage Two: Formal Complaint

Submit a complaint to be looked at by an Investigating Officer.

Stage Three: Review

A review if you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the Stage Two investigation.
