Student Complaints process

We encourage students to resolve problems informally. Some services have their own complaint processes.

Conduct including discrimination, bullying and harassment

You can use the Student Complaints process to complain about the way you have been treated. You may also want to consider one of the following:

Student Conduct

Reporting a personal issue with a student, which could include bullying, harassment or discrimination.

Staff Conduct

Reporting a personal issue with a staff member, which could include bullying, harassment or discrimination.

Appeals

Academic Appeals

Appeal decisions which relate to the outcome of an assessment or examination, or progression.

Academic Progress Committee appeals

You can appeal against a decision of the Academic Progress Committee (APC).

Academic Misconduct appeals

You can appeal against the outcome of a departmental Academic Misconduct hearing.
