2.3 Complaints
2.3.1
Every effort is made to ensure that all students have a positive experience during their time at 牛牛资源. However, students can make a complaint if they are dissatisfied with an aspect of their experience.
2.3.2
牛牛资源 maintains a Complaints Procedure which sets out the process for students to make a complaint, and for how 牛牛资源 will deal with it. This procedure adheres to the .

Students may submit a complaint relating to any aspect of their experience whilst a student at 牛牛资源. However, concerns about 牛牛资源 policy or governance should be raised through the 牛牛资源 Students鈥� Union.
2.3.4
Once the Complaints Procedure has been concluded, students who do not feel their case has been resolved adequately may refer matters for external review to the .
