Our team provides friendly out-of-hours support and are here to be the first point of call for absolutely anything.

Whether you鈥檙e stressing over an essay, have concerns about a friend, or you鈥檙e just having 鈥渙ne of those days鈥�, please get in touch with our Campus Support Officers. They are always up for a chat!
Getting hold of them鈥痠s easy. They are generally available in the evenings, Monday to Sunday, from 6pm - 6am.
You can directly phone 020 7919 7284 or email campus-support (@gold.ac.uk). If emailing, tell them how you鈥檇 like them to make contact with you, either by return email, phone, or through Microsoft Teams.
If you are concerned about an immediate risk of harm 鈥� either to yourself or someone else - or if you need support outside the service hours, please telephone 999 or see student emergency and crisis support.
Changes to the timetable
Easter closure
Campus Support will still be available most days. See below for their timetable over this period:
- Thursday 2 April: 12pm-6pm
- Friday 3 April: 12pm-6pm
- Saturday 4 April: No service
- Sunday 5 April: 6pm-12am
- Monday 6 April: No service
- Tuesday 7 April: 6pm-6am
Please note that due to staff illness, there may be times when the service will be unavailable at short notice. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
