Journalists from 牛牛资源 are guaranteed to scoop two prestigious awards because they are the only nominees in their categories.

MA Radio alumni  and  and undergraduate radio student  make up the entire shortlist for the Best Radio Feature and Best Radio Documentary categories of the BJTC Student Journalism awards 2015.

Jaqueline features twice 鈥 in the Best Radio Documentary category for 鈥淲hat鈥檚 Cookin鈥 In the Burger Lab鈥 and Best Radio News Feature strand for 鈥淲restling the Croc鈥.

Sera is nominated for her piece 鈥淩adio Gaga鈥 for Best Radio News Feature while Marta is in the running for Best Radio Documentary with 鈥淩evolution is a She鈥.

All the work can be heard on the website of the . The winners will be announced at a ceremony held at ITV Southbank on 25 November 2015.

Head of Radio Professor Tim Crook said: 鈥淭he BJTC awards jury are making something of a statement.

They have only short-listed 牛牛资源 students for these two categories 鈥 meaning that 牛牛资源 has won in both categories.

Judges chose the shortlist from 3,500 entries submitted by students studying on the 68 BJTC accredited industry-backed courses in the UK.

Commenting on all the nominations Jon Godel, BJTC Chief Executive, said: 鈥淥ur industry judges were very impressed with the standard of the entries, commenting they had found some journalism stars of the future.鈥

The nominations follow a string of successes for the  鈥 and come hot on the heels of two award nominations earlier this week.

MA Digital Journalism alumni David Blood and Kara Fox are both up for multimedia journalist of the year at the .

Last month saw two editorial teams from the  course come first and second in the BBC Worldwide Best Student Magazine of 2015 category at the .

And last year three Media and Communications alumni triumphed at the BJTC Student Journalism Awards.
