Mark joined the team in 2011. Mark鈥檚 focus at Aardvark Swift is the Graduate Desk, along with developing 鈥淪earch for a Star鈥� and the 鈥淕et in the Game Careers Talk鈥�. Mark has placed graduates within some of the UK鈥檚 leading developers including: Codemasters, Sony Evolution, Ubisoft Reflections, Exient, Travellers Tales, Headstrong Games, Zoe Mode and Neon Play.
Mark鈥檚 fantastic work in the graduate area, has led to Microsoft becoming the sponsor for this years Search for Star competition, while Boss Alien and Exient are among the studios who are now committed to offering internships to the competition finalists.
