Huw Morgan discusses and performs repertoire from his mainly slow organ and piano music project, including music by Eva-Maria Houben and others. Huw performs monthly in Bristol, and further afield, and seeks to bring new audiences to the organ, as well as exploring and expanding the instrument's expressive and technical abilities in the context of experimental music.

Biography: Huw Morgan is a composer, organist and conductor living and working in Bristol. A graduate of the University of Oxford and the Royal Academy of Music, his music has been performed in venues, festivals and on the radio throughout Europe and North America, including HCMF, Tectonics Festival (Glasgow), the Bergen International Organ Festival, Arizona State University, Radio 3 and Keith FM.
Huw began the series of "mainly slow organ music" concerts in Bristol in 2021 with the aim of exploring experimental music by living composers, bringing new audiences to the organ and attempting to show the instrument's expanded technical and expressive abilities. The series has included many world and UK first performances of pieces by Eva-Maria Houben, Michael Pisaro, Lauren Redhead, Luiz Yudo, Mia Windsor, Rishin Singh and more, alongside works by Howard Skempton, Laurence Crane, Joseph Kudirka, J眉rg Frey, Philip Glass and many others.
Huw is also a founder member, alongside Lauren Redhead, Alistair Zaldua, and Michael Bonaventure, of Automatronic, a collective that seeks to create, promote and perform new music for organ with electronics.
